Principal accountabilities:

 

  • to effectively establish, manage, organize and coordinate respective brands and customer relations
  • preparation of annual sales plans for respective brands and customers and ensuring their implementation
  • participation in the preparation of annual marketing plans in accordance with the instructions of the principal and their implementation at KA’s
  • monthly planning and monitoring of budget for respective brands and customers
  • planning, implementation and participation in the organization of sales and marketing campaigns for KA’s outlets
  • accountability for cost-effectiveness of planned sales and marketing activities (ROI calculation)
  • participating in the contract negotiation with customers and principals
  • lead the in-outlet activities and execution
  • cooperation in setting and implementing strategies for brands
  • monitor the life cycle of products within the brand for all sales channels
  • actively participating in the process of setting pricing policy (calculations / recommended retail pricing) and the system of discounts for respective brands and customers
  • monitor stocks and coordination between sales, marketing and logistics
  • ensure accurate, on-time monthly reports related to brands and KA’s performance 

 

Candidate profile and our expectations

 

  • 2-3 years of working experiences within FMCG, preferable on sales key account position / in a business-to-principal sales environment; working experience in international environment is an advantage.
  • Secondary school or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related area / Bachelor’s degree is of an advantage
  • Fluent in Slovene and English language
