Strategic managerial role with high impact on business development, Zagreb, Croatia
Managerial role with focus on development of efficient local business strategies, to supervise and lead efficient implementation of agreed sales & marketing plans and activities and to ensure planning, controlling and reviewing of the business development in Croatia with the objective of expanding the company's competitive position in the respective segments and to reach strategic and operational targets.
What you will be doing as Country Head Croatia…
- Developing and implementing long-term and short-term company's strategies and translating them into specific business objectives.
- Developing and adjusting appropriate systems, procedures and organizational frameworks ensuring an effective and efficient working environment.
- Ensure appropriate development of strategic and operative marketing and sales plans for all brands and products.
- Ensure permanent market observation as well as the analysis of competitive trends and development in the local market in order to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure a focused and pro-active program of close contact with present and potential key customers and also with key industry associations.
- Participate in preparation of efficient marketing mix for the product portfolio in the area of authority. Propose price policies and sales conditions and participate in the definition of communication strategies.
- Initiate constant business development with the aim of push on enlargement off product portfolio.
- Guide, encourage, motivate and develop the subordinated employees.
To be our first candidate you will have:
- Expert level of job-related experience - minimum of 5 years of experiences in FMCG sales
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related area
- Fluency in English & Croatian language, Computer Literacy – MS office
- Experiences in strategic approach to sales & marketing with hands on implementation. Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with stakeholders, building solid relationships and achieving sales goals
